Bff Wellness and Health prides itself on the quality of its products and online shopping experience. Our products undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched to our customers. We offer an exchange or reward points policy if you are still not happy with your purchase due to any manufacturing defect or Size defect. You simply have to Inform us and let us know your choice of replacement or exchange. Refund request against return of order will be applicable only in case of manufacturing defects(change in lace print and texture may vary in production lot and will not be considered as manufacturing defect) .All exchanges/returns must have the original tags attached. Items, worn, washed products will not be returned or exchanged. Items with fur/ feather require extra care. Any loss of fur/ feather due to handling will not be accepted as manufacturing defect. On receiving the merchandise, please examine the colors, style and size first. Return is an easy 3-step process:

Step 1 – Let us know that you want to return the item

Simply e-mail us at Support@connectwithbff.com with subject line “Return Item”. Please include the reason for your return and photograph of the defect, if any. Our customer care expert will analyze the defects and follow up with the instructions on how to return the item. Note: Pl Email (from email Id used for placing the order) within 2 days of receipt of the goods at your end.

Step 2 – Reverse Pickup Bff Wellness and Health

Use the original (or similar) box to pack the item. Use the shipping address provided to you by the customer care expert and Handover the good to assigned shipping partner.

Step 3 – Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange / refund within 7-10 working days. Remember, our customer care specialists are always available to answer your questions on the merchandise and assist you with returns. Important Note: Returns will only be against manufacturing defects. 

Kamuk life reserves the final right to accept or reject the return request.

At all stages product is packed in discreet packing and no product details like name of product etc. are known to shipping  partner.
